Not the widest soundstage sure, but I've yet to have a problem with it I will rather take accuracy of placement than width. Crap load of bass and sub bass, lacking mids, exagerated even hurtful treble peaks. If you can stand BeyerDynamic sound then those give a good soundstage both 770 and 990, avoid 880. Mostly mid and treble but the most expensive models Q701/K712 have enough bass too, K701/2 probably not. I've yet to see a used AKG that has a working headband, neither are the headbands comfy at all, headphones are heavy, bulky and poor ergonomy overall. PUBG is a mess overall anyway.ĭon't buy AKG and other hard to drive headphones as you would need a dedicated amp to drive them, their construction is pathetic too and doesn't last long, the automatic headband adjustment fails as the thin rubber strings degrade. Even cheaper closed headphones are fine for gaming and positioning, at least they used to be in CS 1.1-1.6, newer games, well, their audio tends to be mixed up and hard to position no matter how much you've spent on your audio hardware they already messed it up in software. Get the headphone you like, the rest doesn't matter.
